Our Story

Osteria 60 is an extravagant version of a Milanese Trattoria. The textured gold walls and bronze pendants create a decadent atmosphere in which you can enjoy the vibrant and colourful cuisine of our famous chef Ivan Simeoli.

Mixing Italian traditions with innovative techniques, Osteria 60 is a new addition to modern Italian cuisine.

Our Chef

Trained by the greatest, from Oliver Peyton to Massimo Bottura, Chef Ivan Simeoli likes to marry the best British seasonal products to recreate classical Italian dishes with a sculptural and modern twist.

With Italian heritage and innovative techniques, Ivan Simeoli offers a colourful and modern cuisine with a strong visual impact.

From the traditional risotto to the classical carpaccio, Osteria 60 is the new modern Italian restaurant of Kensington.

Our Food

The menus offer a variety of classical Italian dishes revisited by our chef to create a contemporary cuisine where colours and taste are beautifully combined.

From a delicious ragù, gently cooked for 36 hours to tender welsh lamb cutlets with Silician Aubergine Caponata and a sweet Amalfi Lemon Tart , Osteria 60 offers the full Italian experience with a dash of modernity.

Our Restaurant

Opened by entrepreneurs Kanav Puri, Suraj Mehra and Robby Mohan, Osteria 60 is the new modern Italian restaurant of the Baglioni Hotel.

The dining area and the bar have been entirely designed by the Arth Group and the Milanese interior design firm Rebosio & Spagnulo.

The restaurant seats 88 covers, 15 stools at the bar and a charming outside terrace facing Kensington Gardens.
